- What payment methods do you support?
- Currently, you can only pay for your subscription using credit or debit card. All payments are processed though Stripe.
- Can I get a partial refund if I cancel partway through a month/year?
- We cannot offer partial refunds, however you can cancel at any time and your subscription will run to the end of the payment term.
- Can I provide customers with pre-paid postage?
- Yes. SuperTradeIn.App is not prescriptive in this regard. The only requirement is that you provide accurate postage instructions when a trade-in is requested.
- What payout options are supported?
- For Standard and Premium plans, PayPal and Bank Transfer are supported. For Bespoke plans, we can configure any payout methods you require.
- Can I create a theme / customise templates myself?
- Currently, only our Bespoke package supports this. We do, however, have plans to bring additional templating features to our Standard and Premium packages in the future.
- Is barcode catalogue search supported?
- We currently have no plans to support barcode search for Standard and Premium plans. However, if there is enough interest we will reconsider.
- Can I integrate with external comparison websites?
- Yes. We are working on integrations for a number of comparison sites right now. Premium users will have early access to these by request.
- Can I access / inform the development roadmap?
- We don't publish our roadmap, but we do make changes based on customer feedback. We also offer paid priority for features you may need sooner than we've planned.
- How do I redeem my free custom design?
- We'll contact you to arrange a planning session once your design is redeemable (after 1 year, or right away for annual subscriptions). If you're currently paying monthly, but would like a design sooner, please contact us.
- Is a domain name included?
- You get a free branded subdomain (i.e. mybusiness.supertradein.app) with your subscription. If you would like to use your own domain name, you'll need to register it yourself and then configure it in your account.
